Position Details:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at Pelican Waters Golf Club.

This is a Permanent Part Time role working across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster. Offering a minimum 20hours per week including weekdays, weekends, and event shifts. This will include Friday dinner service through to 10pm. Availability across Public Holidays, weekends & holiday periods is essential. 
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service across the café, restaurant, bar, and function spaces - ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Providing the highest quality service to customers through personalized service and handling enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;

• Prepare, present and serve food items & beverages (including coffee & alcoholic beverages), including full restaurant table service;

• Responsible for handling all POS & eftpos transactions;

• Perform opening and closing duties for our Café, bar & restaurant as required;

• Assist in the set up, service and pack down of events/functions held at the Golf Club;

• Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment along with presentation of function areas and cafe;

• Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing a joint commitment to executing service to the highest level. 

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who shares our values and belief that respect, passion, community, impact & safety underpins all the work we do.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 3 years Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment; 

• Experience in table service environment is essential;
• Barista &/or cocktailing making experience highly regarded;

• Demonstrated commitment of delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience;

• Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential;

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential;

• Current C Class drivers licence.
