Position Details
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our Southport Head Office construction team. As a key member of our Head Office support team, you will play an essential role in assisting on site project teams with purchase orders, subcontractor paperwork & final certification - taking care of the details to keep things running smoothly between Head Office & site from start to finish.
This is a Full-Time permanent role (38 hours per week), working flexible hours between 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday & offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate, professional, and community-focused organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
2–3 years’ experience in a similar administration role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency across MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
