About the role

Working closely with our Clinical Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership to a dedicated team of Nurses and Personal Care Assistants by mentoring, guiding, and setting the standard for high-quality, person-centred care each day. This is a substantive leadership position, not just a senior floor nurse role. You'll be involved in:

• Overseeing resident assessments, care planning, and documentation in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Managing complex wound care and coordinating allied health referrals
• Supporting audits, quality improvement programs, and compliance activity
• Driving infection control and clinical governance excellence
• Contributing to staff education, onboarding, and performance support
• Participating in clinical meetings focused on improving resident outcomes

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum two years' experience in a senior nursing role within residential aged care
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct, and Charter of Aged Care Rights
• Current National Police Check and valid Open Driver's Licence
• Working knowledge of Autumn Care (highly regarded)
