About Us
At Palm Lake Care, care isn’t just what we do it’s who we are. As a proud, family owned organisation, we’ve built our reputation on values that put people first. Across our seven premium aged care communities, we provide personalised residential, respite, and palliative care in vibrant, welcoming environments where every resident feels truly valued.
Palm Lake Care is one of Queensland’s leading residential aged care providers, proudly operating across seven communities from Toowoomba to Bethania. We’re growing our People & Culture team and looking for a People Advisor to be based in Beachmere, working closely with our People Business Partner to support the people who make our communities feel like home.
About the Role
This isn’t a back-office HR job. As our People Advisor, you’ll be embedded in the Beachmere community, working shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders and staff to solve real people problems in real time from Award interpretation to day-to-day employee support. You’ll play a genuine part in shaping how our people experience their work, every single day.
You’ll support your People Business Partner across one of three specialist portfolios – Talent, Industrial Relations & Safety, or Performance & Engagement – giving you the chance to build deep expertise while staying connected to the operational heartbeat of aged care.
